Mr Ibrahim has a B.Sc degree from the University of Lagos and an M.Sc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the same university. He joined Dataflex in September 2005. He had practically spent all his working life with A.G. Leventis Nigeria Plc before joining Dataflex Nigeria Limited. He worked at various times as Merchandise Manager, Administrative/Personnel Manager, Sales and Stock Control manager before leaving as the Human Resources Manager in 2005.

He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and Member, Nigeria Institute of Safety Professionals (MNISP).
