Mr Ocholi holds a B.SC degree in Accountancy from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago -Iwoye, Ogun State in addition to a Diploma Certificate in Accounting and Finance from the Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), as well as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI).

Mr Ocholi is a long-standing staff of Dataflex Nigeria Limited, having put in over 20 years of his working life to the services of the company. He is an industrious and dedicated staff, a goal-getter whose dedication has helped to the top of the ladder to head the Finance and Accounts department.
